Our roots began with PinPoint, a two-way notification platform designed in 2015 to securely communicate with an entire school population in the event of an emergency or active threat situation. In 2019, we launched WellCheck, a HIPAA-compliant clinical solution that provides virtual wellness screening and ongoing health checks.
As the definition of health and safety has evolved, our solutions have evolved as well. We launched VaccineCheck to respond to the COVID-19 pandemic by providing remote wellness screening, return-to-work procedures, and trusted recognition of employees’ COVID testing and vaccine compliance status. Today, VaccineCheck and PinPoint are key brands under the WellCheck umbrella.
Verified with 60+ state and local vaccine registries and approved by a medical professional, VaccineCheck is used by everyone, from individuals who need to display proof of vaccination for travel to organizations seeking to comply with vaccine mandates. Our Digital Health Pass offers a secure, private, and digitally authenticated alternative to paper vaccine cards.

Jameela Mitchell ANP-C, PMHNP-BC
Our Clinical Director, Jameela Mitchell ANP-C, PMHNP-BC, leads our verification team. She is an Adult/ Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who specializes in Addiction medicine and Psychiatry. She obtained her Bachelors of Science at Coppin State University and then earned her Masters in Nursing from Walden University. Mrs. Mitchell, later obtained a Post-Masters in Psychiatric Mental Health nursing at Liberty University to help bridge the gap and reduce the stigma associated with mental health disorders. She holds a dual certification with American Association of Nurse Practitioners and Board certified with American Nurses Credentialing Center as a PMHNP.
As our CEO, Nickerson leads company operations, compliance and corporate development. A tireless entrepreneur, he founded and grew TrainingPro.com to be the national leader in mortgage education, expanding from doing business in two states in 2000 to all 50 states less than a decade later.
Cassell serves as our CIO, bringing 20 years of enterprise compliance technology experience. Tasked with setting technology principles and controls that lead to innovative products that solve market driven problems, he is a proven technologist with experience in data science and app modernization.
Currently the Director of Customer Success and bringing 20 years of Customer Support experience, Mitchell worked for Bloomberg BNA for 10 years where she was the single point of contact for BNA’s Largest Law firm customers and the Legal Solutions Sales Consultants serving those clients.
